As per Government of India security regulations, all guests must provide a photocopy of a valid government-issued identity proof at the time of check-in. Foreign nationals must submit a valid passport and visa.

The hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in if valid ID proof is not provided. Guests must be 18 years or older to check in without a guardian.

Single occupancy is strictly not allowed. A minimum of two adults is required at the time of check-in.

Children must carry valid age proof. If age proof is not provided, the hotel may consider the child as an adult and apply additional charges.

All guests must carry both the original and a photocopy of a valid government-issued ID.

Guests are advised to lock doors and windows when leaving the room. The management will not be responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. Please take care of your valuables.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in public areas such as the reception, lobby, and restaurant. Open flames, fire, or inflammable activities are not allowed anywhere on the premises.

Male visitors are not permitted in female guest rooms and vice versa. Meetings with visitors can take place only in common areas like the reception or restaurant.

Visitors must submit a photocopy of a valid government ID along with their phone number at the reception. Visitors are not allowed inside guest rooms after 8:00 PM.

Outside food is not permitted inside the hotel premises.

Drugs, gambling, and any illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

Pets are not allowed inside the hotel.

Any damage or loss to hotel property caused by guests during their stay will be charged accordingly, and the guest will be fully responsible for the same.

All major Indian credit cards and debit cards are accepted.

Foreign cards are not accepted.

UPI payments are available.

PhonePe payment option is supported.
